The road less traveled...

Today I took the road less travelled,
Wondered if it makes any difference.
For the road can be different,
But the traveler seldom changes

Today I took the road less traveled,
Realised it's not about the road at all,
It's about Me.

Gaijin

gaijin - [japanese]
an outsider; foreigner.

The Gaijin

Scent filled mist,
The first breath of air
Young and innocent,
Alive and chirping

Devilish in desire,
Dismissive by nature
Impish and arrogant,
Kicking and screaming

Gentle breeze
Hand in hand, walk on the beach
Loving and caring,
Living and lasting

A fly on the wall,
To this world I look upon
To this world, I haven't belonged in
I'm Gaijin.

New dimensions.

Following the adherence to the Phase-out as per the post below, "Eloping with the Breeze" will no longer pursue the overwhelming focus on the singly sided objective. Although some posts in the past have looked beyond this objective, they quite often just ricocheted from it. This will expand the dimensions, explore new frontiers and present perspectives which accurately reflect the current ideaology and still retain the spirit of the Breeze.

The spirit of the Breeze is (currently) described as the "Escapes of the mind, in words that sometimes over simplify things, sometimes complicate them and sometimes, say no more than what is read".

The Subject, the Elusion and the Phase-out.

The Elusion owes its existence to my mindless escalation of the Subject to unrealistic heights. The continuing indulgence in this exercise has also worked towards all aspects to be often looked upon as a far cry from the supposed potential.

Retroactively, one of the chief benefits of this exercise has been the ability to adapt to the Least Common Denomitator and quite importantly, the decreasing sense of fanciful attachment to needless nostalgia.

The Elusion, for the most part, has contributed at best to serve as a challenge to staying positive and at worst to a feeling of destitution and general disillusionment. The prevalence of the latter being higher puts forth the increasing importance for the Phase-out of the obsession with the Subject and subsequently the Elusion.

The Phase-out aims to serve the much needed neutralising effect. The inherent quality of being human and therefore lacking a machine like precision poses an uphill task for the constant application of the Phase-out. Drawing from the benefit of 'withdrawal of attachment' , it is however intended that the occasional drop in guard is reverted at the earliest.

Another important aspect of the Phase-out will be the avoidance to the maximum possible level of all activities that lead to the ascension of the Subject or the Elusion. Such activities serve no constructive purpose and contribute to self destruction. They also blur the line of neutrality and warrant entry in to discarded territory.

The sole purpose of existence for the Phase-out is to retain the Cheery Disposition at most times and a speedy return from the suspected fall outs. The Subject, will perhaps always exist in some way, shape or form, not prominent but constrained and the lack of indulgence will ultimately lead to the eventual abandonment of the Elusion.

Prism

The Prism.

Hush Child.
Smile for what you have,
don't ever let any one thing
bother you so much.
So much that everything else
seems less than perfect.
Everything is perfect,
just the way you see it.
For its not perfection that counts,
but the prism you see it in.
The prism you see yourself in.
So let go of what you hold on to
and be in awe of what you have
Hush child, its time now.
Time for you to stop.
To stop and smile about everything.
No matter the tears, the sorrow.
Remember to just smile and let go.
For what counts, is the prism.
The prism is the perfection.
